This South East London estate agent originally specialised in Commercial Property. Finding more and more success in the area of Sales and Lettings it became obvious that the brand required a different look and feel and also the creation of an idea or theme that could be used to tie together the many propositions needed to develop this new side to their business. The colour ‘red’ was already used to a degree but as it is such a dynamic and unusual colour in the estate agent market, I made a virtue of it and ‘turned the volume up’ so that the colour became a brand ‘property’…excuse the pun. I looked for everyday objects that were red and photographed them on a red background to create a visually arresting campaign. They are now considered to be South East London’s premier property agent.
